I have had a passion for animals and in particular dogs for as long as i can remember.  I wasn't from a doggy house hold.  Far from it.  I wasn't allowed my first dog until i was 12 after many years of bending my parents arm and walking every dog i knew in the street.

Getting Shep my first dog was a total life changer for me.  It was the start of my passion for training.  I would walk Shep my little crossbreed for miles,  teaching him to jump over fences and have great fun hanging out with my best friend.  

I worked in rescue kennels when i left school, caring for them was a great pleasure  but my heart still was teaching them to do things with me and learning about behaviour.

I decided to make my full time career dog training and understanding canine behaviour.

I enjoyed success on the TV dog show "The Underdog Show" Where I trained and rehabilitated Casper the Cross breed  along with celerbity Huey Morgan. Yes, Casper did come to live with me after the show as he had quite complete behavioural issues and lived a fantastic life with us untill a grand old age.  I also worked behind the scenes on Rescue Dog to Super Dog and was my pleasure to work with Alan and his fantastic support dog Duke.

I am a proud member of both the association of Pet Dog Trainers and the Institute of Modern Dog Trainers means that all the training is fully up to date, ethical, kind, fair and effective.  I am also fully regulated so gives you peace of mind that i am the right person to help you with your puppy.
I have been training for over 35 years and in that time helped 10,000 of puppies and dogs successfully intergrate into their families .

I now share my life with other half Mark and my daughter Amber.  Along with our 8 dogs.  Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Scarlett, Grace, Valerie, Darcy and Evie and our 3 Jack Russell Terriers Kali, Harry and their daughter Little Lily who is only 7 months.

Michelle Dart IMDT APDT ABTC is dedicated to building a better future for dogs and their owners all over the world. Her goal is to set puppies up for the best start by helping owners to better understand their canine companions and develop a deep bond built on trust. She particularly enjoys teaching tricks and helper dog tasks as well as coming up with creative training challenges that are immensely fun to take part in and help dogs and their owners forge skills that will last a lifetime.
